A new year, a fresh start, a blank canvas. The short days of January see many of us yearning for the warmth of the sun, resolving to cease old “bad” habits, and to learn new skills, to eat well, to be mindful, visit new places and to be kind to ourselves. Many of those aspirations will have fallen by the wayside by the first days of February (I speak from experience!).
So make a resolution to do all of these things later in the year, and book for our WoW Week of Wellness in October.
